Paripa is our own brand, we build it individually to customer requirements in Kreuzberg. The Paripa Sport series is based on two frame shapes: the Diamant frame and the Méral frame. It is designed as a fast city bike and for touring with light luggage.
The Paripa Sport 8 is equipped with a Shimano Alfine 8-speed hub. This hub is only available with freewheel. It has a gear ratio of 307%. Shimano Alfine hubs offer high shift comfort. A smooth cadence, which allows comfortable driving over longer distances, is no problem. We recommend the following standard equipment after careful consideration:

Dropouts: Forged semi-horizontal (with set screws to define the position of the rear hub in the dropout for use with derailleur). The rear width is 132.5mm, so that 130 & 135mm hubs can be used.
Brakes: fits mid-reach caliper brakes up to 57mm (Tektro R 539 or Shimano BR 650)
Braze-ons: eyelets for front and rear mudguards, rear rack, two bottle cages and thread inserts on down tube for hub gear cable routing. Shifter bosses on down tube for shift lever or routing. 4mm holes in down tube and left chainstay for light cable.
Seat tube diameter: 27.2mm
Saddle Clamp: 30.0mm alloy (included)
Head tube diameter: 1 inch Ahead (screwed at extra charge of 20 €)
Diameter of the derailleur clamp: 28.6mm
Bottom bracket: 68mm BSA 1.37˝ x 24t
Tire clearance: 28mm with mudguards, approx. 35mm without mudguards depending on the tire manufacturer and the position of the rear wheel in the dropout.
Fork: 4130 CroMo brazed with forged crown and dropouts. Eyelets for fender. 50mm fork offset.
The frame-sets are available in any RAL color.

Largely identical to the diamond frame shape except for:
Frame heights: 48, 52, 56cm (center bottom bracket to upper edge of the seat tube measured, the head tube ends 2 cm above the seat tube level).
Tube set: Sanko 4130 CrMo steel, saddle and down tube double butted, TIG welded
Brakes: Suitable for long-reach caliper brakes up to 75mm (Tektro R 559)
Braze parts: eyelets for front and rear mudguards, rear rack, bottle cage and thread inserts on down tube for hub gear cable routing. Shifter bosses on down tube for shift lever or cablestops. 4mm holes in down tube and left chainstay for the installation of lightcable. Tire clearance: 32mm with mudguards, approx. 37mm without mudguards depending on the manufacturer and the position of the rear wheel in the dropout.
