Welcome to the Radspannerei

Our store works still with access restrictions. For admission, you need a FFP2 mask. We accept also orders of all kinds by email, telephone or our webshop. You can also pick them up in front of our store.

We sell bicycles with steel frames. We love them because of their simple, elegant design and the nice and comfortable ride quality of the frame material. A steel bike is not necessarily heavy, and surely it offers an exceptional ride quality, which we like. We offer a wide range of bikes starting with a simple three-speed bicycle for short distance in the neighborhood ending at custom-built travel bikes for your trip from Alaska to Patagonia. We are also known for our custom handbuilt wheels. We build simply good bikes – using parts and technologies that do not necessarily follow the latest trends of the market and design. We have our own agenda what makes a bike.

Paripa is our own homemade brand. These bicycles are specialized in commuting as well as in bike-touring. We also sell bikes and framesets from Surly, Salsa, Intec, Kona, Pelago and Hardo Wagner.

If you want a bespoke bicycle, we are your shop.

Come around for a visit, let us recommend a bike for you and go for a testride!

We provide an opportunity to set bicycles off from the tax.

For more information (in german): Jobrad, Bikeleasing and Mein-Dienstrad.de.

You will find our bicycle shop and workshop in Kottbusser Straße 8, about a hundred meters away from Kottbusser Tor. Here´s a link for how to find to us: here.

We also have a workshop on-the-go in Admiralstraße 23. Quick repairs for problems with tyres, brakes, lights and gears and minor maintenances will be made here, without an appointment. The Admiral Workshop has until further notice opening times only Tuesday from 11am to 7pm and Wednesday from 12noon to 8pm!

Our blog (in german only, sorry) features bike related news not only from Berlin. It’s not really about our shop, more a forum for biking and bicycle related politics. We are keen on receiving input from our readers.

Yours,
the Radspannerei-Team
